Not by choice but the staff serving me (a very good staff) tried to save me time and put it all together in one transaction and this led to the initial problem that consoles do not get bonus trade value as part of the double bonus deal. Insist on two transactions, the first for your console trade in, the second for games and accessories. I went to trade on Thursday and ran into similar problems.
